See who is handing out treats

Pumpkin pins show the houses near you that have said they are taking part, with the times they are open and what they are giving out.

Add your own house

Put your stop on the map in a minute so local families know you are welcoming trick-or-treaters. It is free.

Play the Ghost Hunt

A free Halloween game for families: walk your neighbourhood together, catch the ghosts hiding nearby and see who can collect the most.

Follow a route on the night

Trick or Treat Pro plans a route around the best doors for the time you have, shares it with the people coming and keeps it on your phone.

What the app adds to the website

Everything on trickortreatmap.com is in On Your Street, with the same account. A few things only a real app can do:

Notifications

A nudge when the Ghost Hunt opens and when something is happening near you. We ask before turning them on, and you can switch them off any time.

Your location, asked once

The app uses your phone’s own location permission, so the map and the Ghost Hunt find you straight away instead of asking every time you open them.

Maps without signal

With Trick or Treat Pro the app saves the map for your area to your phone, so the streets and your route stay visible when the signal drops on the night.

Why is the app called On Your Street?

The website is Trick or Treat Map, and the app is On Your Street: the same map, with a name that covers both Trick or Treat at Halloween and Christmas Time, our map of Christmas lights. Whichever name you know it by, it is one map and one account.

Is trickortreatmap.app the same as Trick or Treat Map?

No. Trick or Treat Map is at trickortreatmap.com and our app is On Your Street on the App Store and Google Play. trickortreatmap.app is a different website run by someone else.

Does it work in the US and Australia?

Yes. Trick or Treat Map works anywhere in the world, and it is used across the UK, the US and Australia. How many houses you see depends on how many of your neighbours have added their stop, so if your street looks quiet, add yours and spread the word.

Does it work without signal?

Your route and its stops are kept on your phone, so they still show when the signal drops. With Trick or Treat Pro, the app can also save the map for your area to your phone, so the streets themselves stay visible without signal.
