About Trick or Treat
The community map that shows families which doors are welcoming trick-or-treaters on Halloween. Used by families around the world.
Who we are
Trick or Treat is made by Community Maps Limited, a small independent company. You may know us as the Trick or Treat Map, after our web address.
It started in 2024 with Michelle Pearce-Burke, a mum who wanted Halloween to feel safe and welcoming again. Families did not know which doors to knock on, and households who had put out the pumpkins and sweets were not getting the visitors they hoped for. A simple map could sort both problems at once.
What began in one small community has grown into a community of more than 200,000 families around the world.
What we make
The map
The free map at trickortreatmap.com. Households add their stop to say they are taking part, and families use it to plan a route of welcoming doors near them.
The On Your Street apps
The same map on your phone, with the extras that work best on the doorstep. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
The Pro pass
An optional paid pass for families who want a little more from the map. It is never needed to take part.
Our only home online
Our website is trickortreatmap.com and our apps are called On Your Street.
We are not connected to any other trick or treat map website or app, however similar the name. If you saw a site that was down on Halloween, or an apology from a founder, it was not us. If a page is not on trickortreatmap.com, it is not ours.
What people say
Families leave their reviews on Trustpilot, and local and national papers have written about the map since the first Halloween.
